Terms of Use for EvacuSafe Solutions
1. Services
EvacuSafe Solutions provides fire escape inspection services to ensure compliance with Department of Community Affairs (DCA) regulations.

2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required prior to service commencement.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EvacuSafe Solutions, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services or any non-compliance issues identified during inspections.

4. Limitation of Liability
EvacuSafe Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the inspection services.
If an inspection is passed but the fire escape fails to perform properly later, EvacuSafe Solutions is not liable for subsequent failures or damages, provided the inspection was conducted per DCA standards.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where services are performed.

6. Termination
EvacuSafe Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if payment or compliance issues arise, with no refund of the deposit.

7. Acceptance
By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
